ALOO TIKKI

           A simple & instant quick snack  which will be perfect along with evening tea on a rainy day. It can be deep fried but I prefer shallow fry method only. It can also be placed inside the Burger.


You can also add any vegetables of your choice along with Potato.

INGREDIENTS
BOILED POTATO
3
RED CHILLY POWDER
1 Tsp
TURMERIC POWDER
A Pinch
CUMIN SEEDS POWDER
½ Tsp
GINGER GARLIC PASTE
¼ Tsp
BREAD CRUMBS
2 Tbsp
CORN FLOUR
1 Tbsp
SALT
To Taste
OIL
2 Tbsp

Smash the boiled Potatoes.

Add all the Spice powders,Salt.

Now add the Corn flour,Bread crumbs. Mix well.

Form small pattice with the mixture.

Arrange it in a plate.

Heat a pan and place the Aloo pattice.

Drizzle oil & flip it. Remove it when it turns golden brown.
