MASALA NEER MOR

 
   A perfect refreshing summer drink to keep our body cool. It is better when compared to the aerated drinks.

Sour or fresh curd can be converted into neer mor,masala chass.I have used ginger,garlic,mint,coriander leaves,curry leaves for flavour. If you want you can skip ginger,garlic and prepare the neer mor.

INGREDIENTS
Curd
½ cup
Coriander,mint leaves,curry leaves
A handful
Garlic
1 pod
Ginger
¼ inch piece
Green chilly
1
Salt and Water
As needed
STEP BY STEP PICTURES
In a mixie jar take all the ingredients and grind it.
 
Pour it into a bowl and add required amount of water.
(if you want you can add hing also).
Filter it and check the salt.
Make it to a thin consistency.
Serve it.
Keep it refrigerated and serve it chill.
