I was surprised to see yellow water melon in Singapore.The bright yellow color made me tempt to buy it immediately.To beat the heat in this summer do try this simple juice.

There is nothing big deal in making this juice.Just cut the fleshy part of yellow water melon blend it in a juicer.If needed add a dash of lemon juice.If the sweetness of the fruit is not enough then you can add sugar or honey.
